Thank you for your interest in the Locance™ website located at www.locance.com (the "Website"). The Website is owned by Locance, Inc. and operated on behalf of itself and its subsidiary LocationSmart Geolocation LLC (collectively "Locance", "we", "our" or "us").

Locance has the highest regard for personal security and privacy of our users ("users," "you," or "your"). This Privacy Policy lets you know how Personal Information that we receive or collect from you is processed, disclosed and used. This Privacy Policy only governs the Website and by using the Website, you acknowledge your consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Website.

Information We Process To Provide Services To Our Customers

Such records and information may include, but not be limited to, device-specific information, such as device UDID, device phone number, IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the web page(s) you request.

We process such information strictly to provide a service requested by our customer pursuant to the agreement we have with the customer.

Other Information

We do not collect any directly identifying information about you such as your name, email address or any other contact information, except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. The Personal Information that you submit is shared only with those people in our organization who need this information to respond to your question or request. Information submitted through any of our online forms maybe collected to ensure technical functionality. It will also be utilized to address any inappropriate use of our Website. We do not save Personal Information to use for other purposes, nor do we provide it to any other organization.
